What is it?

The Gong integration pulls call data directly into your Poggio workspace, connecting conversation insights and recommendations with accounts and contacts. Including a full historical sync, this integration brings additional context into new and existing relationships. Meeting transcripts are summarized and added as notes automatically, with action items suggested as tasks for your review. Focus on conversations, not taking notes.

How do I use it?

Follow our Gong integration setup instructions to get started. Review suggested tasks by clicking the drop-down menu in the new productivity panel.

Meeting summaries are included under notes and reference the original transcript with links to the related recording.
